Growing parsley

Parsley plants like lots of water, this is especially important during hot spells. The trick to growing parsley effectively is to regularly remove the flower heads to prolong harvest especially when they are yellowing. Using fertiliser is beneficial to growing happy, healthy parsley plants in your home or garden.

Choose between a Flat or Curly Parsley plant

The Flat Leaf variety has a stronger flavour making it a great ingredient for many different cuisines. Curly Parsley is crunchier which provides a great texture for garnishes and decoration, it is also slightly more bitter and pairs well with fish.
